Who is Ben?
My name is Ben and I am married myself, I have 6 beautiful children and currently live in the Midlands.
I am a professional British Army photographer, this title is down playing it slightly.
British Army photographers are also videographers, cinematographers, editors, press release writers, interviewers and much more.
At the time of writing this in 2023 I have served 19 years in the Army so far and have served in multiple countries including Afghanistan 4 times. I have photographed Royalty on multiple occasions including HRH Queen Elizabeth II before and during her funeral.

Being in the British Army has taught me a ton of things, and especially since being an Army videographer. Time keeping, politeness, etiquette, discipline, foresight, planning, confidence in myself and also confidence in making good judgment calls for others.
One of the most valuable things in life it has taught me relevant to photography and videography is problem solving. I will cater for your needs and tailor my output to your taste to the best of my abilities. Sorting issues out on the fly and adapting to events we couldn’t have planned for, isn’t an issue and I will leave your day stress free.
Having an Army Service Member as your videographer is something most couples would be screaming out for, they just don’t know it yet.
Choosing the right videographer is probably the biggest decision you will make when researching for your big day!
Experience has taught me how to find the perfect locations at venues, to quietly move about the room without disrupting you or your guests, to use dynamic lighting to not just brighten the darkest of spaces but to add a style of lighting that brings even more life to the dance floor.
The equipment I use is small and discreet but don’t let that put you off, I use cameras that are flagship models within the professional industry.
